(as outlined in the Subscribe section of this site), three
months free applies only to first-time listing subscribers
with CourtReporters.com. You may not, under any circumstances,
resubmit your listing at the end of three months for an
additional three months free. An attempt to do so will result
in the cancellation of your listing. No refund will be provided.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A COVERED PARTY (AS DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California,
USA, as they apply to agreements made and solely performed
therein. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively
subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of the
United States of America and/or the State Courts of California
and jurisdiction therefor shall rest solely in California,
USA.
